Tuesday 8.30pm - 9.30pm Boxercise

Boxing skills and training methods are used in a safe, non-contact class to increase fitness and improve health. Exercise with partners to invigorating music, using drills and combinations, including punches and kicks to pads and shields.  The workout uses the entire body and enables you to develop definition without gaining bulk. Boxercise is also fun and a great stressbuster.
