Abbots Langley Orchestra

Abbots Langley Orchestra rehearses in the community centre every other Sunday at 7.30pm to 9.45pm.  It is a very good space for rehearsal with good acoustics and is warm in winter!  There is plenty of space to park outside with large instruments, and excellent kitchen facilities for the coffee break during rehearsals.

This thriving Orchestra gives three concerts a year in St Saviour's Church, and soloists have been drawn from professionals, talented local musicians, students setting out on a music career and the Orchestra itself.  The Orchestra's conductor is London-based Gonzalo Acosta, whose knowledge and passion for the music is a great asset in rehearsals.

It is wonderful that Abbots Langley has access to a symphony orchestra that not only gives concerts in the village but rehearses here regularly too.
